Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

SUMYCOTTON aims to give you and your little ones a perfect item, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to return it.  We’ll gladly exchange it, replace it, or issue a refund.

Your returned items must be:

  • In like-new condition, have the original tag and be unwashed and/or unworn
  • Please ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery
  • Please contact us about your return within 15 days of delivery
  • Please include the original invoice with your return. Returns received without invoices aren’t eligible for refunds
  • Refunds are issued in the form of a store credit or a refund to your card or account, at the current sales price of the returned merchandise. You can elect how you want to receive the refund when you call us with your claim.

Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the item to process the refund or issue a store credit.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return Process

Please send your return via Priority Mail and request a delivery confirmation tracking number, so you can track the shipment.

We are not responsible for any returned items lost in shipping. Please understand that some clearance items may not be eligible for returns, refunds or credit. Shipping

Shipping is provided by United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer free shipping via USPS on orders over US$99 dollars within the U.S. You will see shipping cost info in the shopping cart after you begin the checkout process.
